Program RoomChallenge Extinction Series: Nutrition
Join us this summer for the Challenge Extinction Series as we work on remembering to take care of ourselves in a variety of ways. Focuses will include nutrition, movement, mind stimulation, compassion, connection, play & creativity, and more!
For Food Smarts, help us welcome the SNAP-Ed team for cooking demonstrations and nutrition sessions! Topics will include healthy cooking basics, meal planning, stretching food dollars, and more!
While this program is geared towards adults, children and teens may attend as a guest of their adult.
Please register for supplies, and be sure to include registration for as many dates as you're able to attend.
Optional: Stay after and join the Community Walk for a walk around Owen's Nature Trail. This trail is a 1/4 mile long on stonedust. Enjoy one loop or many!

About the Library
From Utica and points north: Take State Route 12 South to Waterville. At the first signal light in town, continue straight on Stafford Avenue one block. At tee-intersection stop sign, turn right onto White Street. Look for Library lane entrance at about 300 feet on the left . From points east and west along US Route 20: At Sangerfield signal light (a Nice 'n Easy is on northwest corner of this intersection), turn north onto State Route 12, 1.3 miles into village of Waterville. Bear right at signal light onto White Street. Look for Library lane entrance at about 0.1 mile on the right.
